The 4-Step Process: The Quickest Way to Get an Answer

Although you can call the support center anytime, we have created a number of options that allow you to find the answers yourself. For the majority of questions you have, using these systems will be quickest and most effective way to find answers.

We call this the four-step process. The steps are listed below. The following screen appears inside the DWP Owner's Site when you choose the "My Answers" link at the top of that page.
