"Ask Us" Overview
When you send a DWP question to "Ask Us", you connect to a DWP trained and specialized support representative via e-mail. When you need an answer instantly, you can pick up the phone and call, but for the majority of your questions, using "Ask Us" is the best way to get help. "Ask Us" has the following benefits:
- You save time by using e-mail.
- You get a quick response (usually within hours).
- You get a DWP specialist's answer. Everyone on the support team knows how to answer DWPquestions, but the DWP "Ask Us" support representative is focused on DWP issues.
