Dancing Under the Stars

On Saturday April 26th, 3 couples from Universal Dance Center presented a dance exhibition. The event was the American Cancer Society Gala called Dancing Under the Stars. Over $20,000 was raised.
After a gourmet meal, the guests were treated to a cha cha performance by Jill and Bill Urban. Their cha cha got the crowd excited.
Patti and Bill Underwood were next doing their ever elegant and graceful waltz.
Joe and Linda Voytilla were last and performed their sultry Argentine tango.
The dancing was a big hit. The guests commented how wonderful it was to see an exhibition and see the costumes. The spectators responded to the joy which all the dancers displayed in their dance presentations. Some said they were inspired to head to the nearest dance studio because they realized that dancers really do have more fun.
It was a pleasure to perform for such a worthy cause. Also, hopefully we introduced the joy of dancing at any age to a new group of prospective dancers.
