Many of us have all heard the phase, "get a good eduction and get a good job". And of course, that's what many do. Some with great satisfaction. You know people like that. You may even be one of those. They are usually are the ones that from first grade or so say they want to be a doctor, lawyer, butcher, baker, candlestick maker. Ok, maybe not a candlestick maker, but you have the idea.

Unfortuantely today many are confused. Choices have expanded, Higher eduction has grwo out of sight in costs. Professions have changed and global economies have had an effect that what was once a soild career is now in obsolete. Do you know any vinyl record sales people?

If you are soemone that is content with where you are in your career, congratulations! If you are dissatisfied, think something is missing or want to branch out into something new read on.

How to Know If You Need a Change or New Challenge.: Some of are so busy with everyday life, we don't think about where we are or where we want to go. We believe we are trapped due to debt obligations, benefits, family etc. It has gotten easier to transport things like insurnace and 401K's but when do you find the time to do the reseach. Better yet, have you been able to build a safety net while you look for something else?

What is your job costing you in health and well being?

How does your job align with your strengths and values?

What do you enjoy and don't enjoy about your job?.
