• Vision’s inspection team performs continuous inspections throughout each shift. Each inspector utilizes inspection software and the necessary inspection tools to assure quality for our customers. All inspection data is tracked and stored electronically.

• Six Sigma Tools (A sample of our capabilities. Vision can employ many other Six Sigma tools as necessary to assure quality for our customers) 
• Process Capability Studies
• Vision is capable of providing our customers with process capability studies. Process capability studies insure that our processes are capable of meeting the customer specified tolerances.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Our SPC software allows us to identify variations in our processes in real-time. The result of this is less defects and better on time delivery. Upon request, SPC data can be sent to our customers electronically.
• Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• We understand the importance of preventing failures before they occur. With FMEA, we can minimize the risk of failure modes by identifying the root causes of failures, eliminating the occurrences to reduce the impact of defects

• Production Part Approval Process(PPAP)
• Vision is capable of performing a PPAP as requested by our customers.
