• The first step is a brief complimentary telephone consultation. On this call we'll discuss your needs and objectives. We will answer questions related to our services, fees and payment. 
• If we decide to move forward, we will then meet in person and come to a conceptual agreement on what needs to be accomplished. We will further discuss how the process will work, fees, and payment arrangements. A Letter of Agreement will be provided for signature. Initial meeting is part of payment arrangement. 
• We will then conduct a comprehensive assessment that addresses the right problems. The right system or process for your situation will be designed.
• Finally, we will help you implement the right solutions and take action to help you get moving towards your goals.
