According to the Direct Selling Association 2006 Fact Sheet, U.S. Retail Sales negotiated through direct methods exceeded $32 Billion. This statistic is revealing. Here is the downside. There are many risks in business when you hire, train, and deal with employees. First, you need money and lots of it to establish a business and get it started to a point where it earns enough to pay for itself.
